Terms
& conditions - Charming Greece
Please read the booking conditions carefully as they incorporate
the basis on which bookings are accepted.
Any booking
made with HTG HARITOU TRAVEL GROUP / Charming-greece.com will be governed
by and subject to these Terms & Conditions.
1.
Liability
The liability of HTG HARITOU TRAVEL GROUP / Charming-greece.com
and its affiliate web sites is limited.HTG HARITOU TRAVEL GROUP / Charming-greece.com
acts only as an agent for the passengers in all functions pertaining to tours,
attractions, hotel reservations and accommodations, restaurants, meals and services,
sightseeing tours and transportation of whatever nature, and assumes no liability
for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or inconveniences which may occur
either by reason of defect, or as acts of government or other civil authorities
(war, civil disturbances, strikes, etc.) or from any cause beyond HTG
HARITOU TRAVEL GROUP / Charming-greece.com control. HTG HARITOU
TRAVEL GROUP / Charming-greece.com can accepts no responsibility for
the loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other
causes. HTG HARITOU TRAVEL GROUP / Charming-greece.com and his suppliers reserve
the right to vary itineraries in order to improve each tour, to the tour members’
enjoyment and advantage. HTG HARITOU TRAVEL GROUP / Charming-greece.com
and its suppliers reserve the right to cancel or rescheduled any tour departure
in accordance with operation requirements.

. Price, Payment and voucher issue
a) Prices
Price quotations are subject to change without notice.
If for any reason the price quoted is not correct, the team of Htg Haritou Travel
Group / Charming-greece.com will contact you for authorization.
Tips/gratuities, baggage or personal insurance, beverages or food not
described in the product's description and all other purchases of a personal
nature are not included.
b)
Payment
All tours must be pre-paid except otherwise stated. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Payment will be listed as "HTG HARITOU TRAVEL GROUP" on
the credit card statement. You will be charged in USD or in Euros at the conversion's
rate applicable on the date of your booking.
c) Voucher issue
After payment, HTG HARITOU TRAVEL GROUP / Charming-greece.com
will send a confirmation / voucher by e-mail or by fax : this voucher
has to be printed, as a proof of purchase, and will be presented to
the service provider.
All information regarding the travelers should be correctly given at
the time of booking.
All requests for modifications/amendments must be sent by email to HTG HARITOU TRAVEL GROUP / Charming-greece.com.
HTG HARITOU TRAVEL GROUP / Charming-greece.com cannot
be held responsible for any problem that may happen if you don't receive
or read carefully your confirmation / voucher.
3.Cancellations,
refunds and procedure to cancel a booking
a) Cancellation fees:
-Before 60 days of the departure : only the special cancellation fees are
applicable
-Within 60 to 35 days of departure, 30% of the total package price.
-Within 35 to 15 days of departure, 50% of the total package price.
-Within 15 to 0 days of departure, 100% of the total package price.
b) Special Cancellation Fees:
Boat tickets and Airplane tickets have the following standard cancellation
fees, regardless the period
-Boat tickets: 50% + 5 Euro per ticket
-Airplane tickets: 35 Euro per ticket
c) Special Rental Yachts cancellation policy
For bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days before embarkation, 30% of the
total charter fee
For bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days before embarkation, 50% of the
total charter fee
For bookings cancelled less than 30 days before embarkation, 100% of the total
charter fee
d) Procedure
to cancel a booking
Full cancellation of services previously confirmed by HTG HARITOU TRAVEL GROUP / Charming-greece.com must be followed by a confirmation
of cancellation from HTG HARITOU TRAVEL GROUP / Charming-greece.com.
HTG HARITOU TRAVEL GROUP / Charming-greece.com will not be
responsible for any cancellation not confirmed back to you and might debit
the relative no-show charges.
4. Diverse
- Each customer
has to check he has the appropriate documents for his journey especially (but
without limitation) if he booked hotel, tours, packages or transfers including
flight or visit of a country different from the country of departure. He has
to own a passport (with visa if necessary) or a valid ID card. No refund will
be granted in case of lack or loss of ID documents.
Any booking made
with HTG HARITOU TRAVEL GROUP / Charming-greece.com will be governed by
and subject to the Terms & Conditions. No variation to these Terms and
Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the
authority of City-Discovery.com.
Any booking
made with Tours & Co Associates / City-discovery.com will be governed
by and subject to these Terms & Conditions.
